Accommodation @ Aldam Resort

This year delegates should book their accommodation through the GSSA. Please view the accommodation rates here. 

Single accommodation is limited and units will be reserved upon receipt of payment on a first come first served basis. This could mean that a delegate may end up sharing, eventhough he/she initially booked single accommodation, if all the single units have been allocated to delegates who paid early. If your organisation pays later, please check for the availability of single accommodation before requesting an invoice or making payment.

Sharing accommodation. Units will be reserved upon receipt of payment on a first come first served basis. If you want to share with a specific delegate / group, please register as a group and send an email to info@grassland.org.za with full details for each delegate in your group.

Options:

  • Luxury 2 sleeper - SINGLE
  • Luxury 4 sleeper - SINGLE / SHARING
  • Standard 4 or 6 sleeper - SHARING
  • Conference rooms sleep 4 each - SHARING
  • Camping (only for the very brave)
